Single origin ground coffee steeped at room temperature for 12 hours. Slightly sweeter and much less acidic than traditionally brewed coffee. 

JAVA STORY:

Some say the Japanese, who were experts at cold brewing tea, also invented the coffee cold brew. Around the 1600s, the Dutch adopted the method as a means of preparing coffee and shipping it abroad to be heated and served later.
