Cold brew is pretty simple, and certainly effective.
We mix single origin ground coffee with cool water and steep the mixture overnight. About 12 hours later we strain the mixture. This leaves us with a strong concentrate that we then dilute with filtered water. We keg it so that we can serve from our tap. Nitro Cold Brew is constantly infused with Nitrogen to give it a frothy texture.
We favor a smooth, fruitful cup so that you can drink it straight if you so choose.
